Should you cancel within 3 hours of your date, you will be blocked from further dates until 25% of your date is paid.
If you fail to show up, 50% of your date must be paid before rebooking.

If you arrive more than ten minutes after your scheduled time, the duration of our appointment will be adjusted. If you wish to have the full original duration despite being late, an additional fee of $50 will be charged.

Should I be more than ten minutes late for an appointment, a discount will be offered on your next booking depending on the severity of my tardiness.
